Role Overview:

UniWise is looking for an Artificial Intelligence Researcher who will play a key role in developing the algorithms and machine learning models that power our platform. You will be responsible for researching, designing, and implementing AI and machine learning strategies, improving model accuracy, and collaborating with our development team to integrate AI solutions across various domains, including healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research to improve AI and machine learning models, ensuring high accuracy and scalability.
• Develop and optimize algorithms using deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), and reinforcement learning techniques.
• Implement and evaluate advanced AI models using frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights to inform AI model improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, data scientists, and domain experts, to integrate AI solutions into the platform.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI/ML research and bring new ideas to the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of machine learning techniques, algorithms, and statistical modeling.
• Experience with Python and AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Knowledge of NLP and deep learning technologies, including experience with language models like GPT or BERT.
• Ability to work with large datasets and familiarity with data cleaning, preparation, and transformation techniques.
• Proficiency in developing and deploying machine learning models.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
